"The hospitality (service and meals) at Shiganoyu Hotel were amazing. While we did not speak Japanese and the staff did not speak English, they used a translation tool for conversation and didn't let that be a barrier. It was so comfortable for our family of 5 - very homey and welcoming. The tea and treat upon check-in was a nice surprise and delicious. The onsen was a relaxing bonus! "Expérience intéressante. On y va surtout pour les deux repas gastronomiques. Le repas du soir avait 7 services. La qualité est excellente. Le bain public à l'intérieur est très bien organisé: casiers, serviettes, savon et shampoing. Le bain extérieur est très beau. Nous avons choisi la chambre traditionnelle pour l'expérience de dormir sur un futon sur les tatamis. C'est amusant mais une nuit c'est assez. La chambre était grande et pratique. Le soir plusieurs touristes se promènent en yukata...
