"This is an excellent hotel for what it is, a basic hotel. The room is comfortable, shower is good and it had a balcony as well as a table where one can work, relax or eat. The hotel has a restaurant and serves a nice breakfast. Hotel staff is friendly."

"Stayed here for my cousin’s wedding this past August, and it was an incredible experience. The hotel itself is stunning — a charming, vintage-style property with a timeless feel. The service was outstanding from start to finish — from the bellman and front desk to the waitstaff, everyone was attentive and welcoming. The location is perfect — right in the heart of town and within walking distance of everything: the bank, bars, marina, cafés, and restaurants. You truly can’t go wrong staying here....

"A localização é boa e o tamanho do quarto também. A limpeza das areas comuns deixa muito a desejar. A roupa de cama estava muito amassada e não tinha sabonete no banheiro e copos (nem sequer de plástico)."

"Passei 4 dias neste hotel durante uma viajem a Suíça. Dos 4 hotéis que passei esse foi o que mais me surpreendeu pela organização, cordialidade e excelente localização. Além disso, fui muito bem atendido logo na chegada pelo gerente e, como era uma viagem do lua do mel, ganhei um upgrade de quarto de cortesia. Foi top!!!"

"Hotel bem mais ou menos, atendimento ok, mas a estrutura do hotel só o térreo é bonito os andares ainda são antigos e os quartos velhos, banheiro com banheira e as toalhas são mais pano de prato do que toalhas péssimo. O café da amanhã é muito bom vale a pena pagar e o bar com drinks espetaculares o atendimento do Caio é perfeito "

"Hotel em reforma desde 2023 mas não comunica antes da reserva. Trabalhadores começaram a trabalhar antes das 7 hs da manhã além do barulho , cheiro de cola e tíner a sujeira em decorrência disso não possibilitando uma estadia que seja dentro de um padrão razoável de serviço em hotelaria."

"Hotel is situated close to the old town center, on the street going to train station, however well isolated from street noise; the room we rented was huge , the largest we rented in our vacation in Switzerland , with plenty of storage, two desks with chairs; bed was also big and comfortable; even the bathroom had plenty of storage ; room had also an extra space a closed balcony with a table and two chairs . From our room we could not see the lake Geneve but the receptionist recommended a lounge...
