This charming triplex includes three separate homes — Coral, Seagrass, and Driftwood — connected by a shared entry deck and walkway. Each home features its own living space, full kitchen, private pool, fenced patio, and grill. Leave the gates open between homes to create a shared space, or close them for privacy. It's a flexible setup perfect for groups who want to be together, but not on top of each other.

• Check-In 4:00 p.m. / Check-Out 11:00 a.m.
• 50% of Total Balance Due at Booking; Final Balance Due 30 Days Prior to Arrival
• If you are Booking within 30 days of your arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking
• Family-friendly (No parties or events allowed)
• Strict 10:00 p.m. noise ordinance enforced by the City of Folly Beach; Violations will result in fines
• No smoking

Optional Fees:
• Pet Friendly- $150 non-refundable pet fee per pet (Max of 2 Dogs per house under 30 lbs. – NO CATS)
• Pool Heating - $300/day for pool
• Early Check-in $75/hour / Late Check-out $75/hour (subject to availability)
