"What a great stay! We arrived very late so wrote to the staff when booking (in the amenities section) to text us about getting into the cabin so very late, and they did. And getting in was a breeze. Room is cute and cozy. Air conditioning worked perfectly, and so did the hot water for the shower. I assume the bed is a foam mattress, everything was new. Parking right along the cabin. The sink really was difficult to use, but we managed just fine. The WiFi for the TV went in and out, but with...

"We showered and put our towels in basket as asked. Next day we returned to house after the wedding and the towels were not replaced in our room so we couldn't shower. There was no direction provided on how to receive new towels. I just assumed they checked our room and would have replaced the towels. Over all I would stay again. It was a good place to stay and very quiet place"

"The hotel was being taken over by new owners, The TV's did not work, no cable of any kind! Pool was not open at all as well it was in a state of disrepair! Also they had issues with wi-fi and internet access! the whole time we were there coffee machine did not work well as well! Although we had a million dollar view of lake Saranac and the mountains, lots of parking and close to other amenities! Bed's were comfortable, I'm sure at some point they will work out those issues and I was told...

"It was really bleh. I was in room 12, i paid extra for the jacuzzi tub and didn't even use it, it didn't look clean. The bathroom has a lower ceiling, if you're 6' and over chances are you dont fit in the shower. The amenities were bad. The carpet in the room should be removed. If anything ask for room 1 to 11. In 12 you are in a renovated garage, you have two rooms over your head and you are located in the center of a parking lot. I would not book again. The check in is all via texts so thats...

"Beautiful property on the lake. Check in was slow and they were behind schedule, which was frustrating. However, they gave us free breakfast vouchers, which helped. The restaurant was great, we ended up eating there twice. It’s also one of the only waterfront places to eat, as most of downtown isn’t waterfront. It’s a quick walk to downtown, but it’s hilly at points. It was nice to relax by the lake and watch the sunset, and enjoy the firepits at night. There’s also a cute ice cream place next...
