"We booked this lodge for my mum's 80th birthday surprise. The interior is modern and cosy. Having our own bathrooms between the 5 of us was great and having everything on one level was very helpful. We were lucky with the weather to be able to relax on the decking and watch/listen to the wildlife. Definitely somewhere to go if want a quiet and relaxing break. Plenty of books and games to keep you entertained. Communication was very good. "

"This is a lovely place to stay. Stuart greeted us on arrival and the Loft was warm and cosy with everything we needed including a basket of treats and eggs for breakfast. There are lovely views of the grounds and countryside. Nice walks from the property and Rye is close by car. Would thoroughly recommend. "

"A neat, well-kept and complete apartment, very close (10 min walk) to the historic city center, with its own, private parking (for small/medium cars only). The owner was very responsive and check-in/out went very smoothly. The apartment is somewhat noisy (neighbours, adjacent road, bathroom ventilation) but overall a great spot for visiting Canterbury."
