IUP962, IUP963 and IUP964 are located on the second floor of the house and can accommodate up to 4 people each. They are also comfortably furnished to a high standard and offer a relaxing atmosphere. Here you will feel very connected with nature, also thanks to the wooden ceiling and warm natural light.



In the immediate vicinity you can admire waterfalls, make rounds with your mountain bike, use the hiking trails located right outside the front door or even visit the nearby shopping or restaurant.



Take advantage of the convenient location to reach the most interesting towns and villages of Umbria and discover their architectural treasures and culinary specialties. A beautiful natural environment and a long history with interesting traditions await you here. Some tips for your excursions: the shopping town of Foligno, 10 km away, hosts traditional events and Assisi, the city of Saint Francis, is about 27 km away. Here, admire the enchanting Papal Basilica of San Francesco and the other churches of the city, and be inspired by the alleys with typical artisan stores and restaurants. Nearby is the small medieval town of Nocera Umbra, with striking buildings and impressive frescoes. While there, visit the small surrounding towns to experience the Umbrian charm firsthand, or take a trip to Monte Cucco Park, a natural park where you can enjoy wonderful hikes and walks while letting your eyes wander over the rolling hills. A little further away are the remarkable cities, Assisi with its double church, the capital of the region Perugia and Foligno.
