Welcome to "Turtle Time Retreat"! The owners of this home have spared no expense in creating a cozy and fun place to stay for the entire family! With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, game room including: a shuffleboard table, bumper pool/ card table, darts, hoops challenge, 2 stand alone video games, large Smart TV, and every board game imaginable, plus a screened in porch area, and fantastic hot tub, everyone will be entertained! The Primary Bedroom boasts a King size bed, Large Smart TV, and a private Full Bath with a shower/tub combo. Guest Bedroom #1 holds a Queen size bed and a Smart TV. Guest bedroom #2 provides 2 Twin size beds and a Smart Tv. The Guest Bathroom is just off the hall with a shower/ tub combo. Need extra sleeping arrangements? Just off the kitchen in the office area, there is a Queen Size Murphy Bed. Check out this kitchen!! Beautifully updated and fully stocked with every appliance ever to assist in creating great meals! And there is a provided charcoal grill outside. You can enjoy those meals in the large dining room or enjoy the outside air on the screened in back porch. Then head into the living room with enough seating for everyone and spread out to enjoy watching family shows on the large, Smart TV. Or, take the fun outside in this huge yard and relax in the hot tub and reminisce the days activities.

Ready to hit the beach? This home is only 9.5 miles away from Gulf Place Beach Access where you can enjoy the day on the most beautiful, sugar sands. Or, head on over to OWA/ Tropical Falls to enjoy a super fun amusement park, indoor/outdoor water park, entertainment district, and shopping. More Shopping? The Tanger Outlet Mall boasts amazing high-end stores only 3.5 miles away, or head over to the Wharf for many festivals, light shows, dining and more fantastic shopping!

- TVs are streaming only. Passwords for streaming services are NOT provided. You will need to log into your own accounts.

- Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at many local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas at many beach access points for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant close by.

- All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions of what to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.
