Villa Fara Grande is an elegant and welcoming three-story villa surrounded by olive groves. It sleeps 14 people. From Villa Fara Grande you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery and of the hills. Villa Fara Grande is 350 square meters (3770 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, private terraces, private patios, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from the center of Foiano della Chiana, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find a grocery store at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards) and the bus stop at 170 meters (560 feet). You will reach Villa Fara Grande from the parking area going up approximately six stairway steps.
For a successful stay at Villa Fara Grande we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: final cleaning; towels; linens, changed mid-week; heating; maid service from Monday to Sunday 3 hours each day; electricity. Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.45 meters (4.8 feet) deep. It is an infinity pool, can be heated if requested (additional cost applies -- please enquire with our staff) and is filled with sea water. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the hills. The pool is open from the beginning of April until mid-October.
Patio 1
The first patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a nice view of the swimming pool and of the hills.
Wellness room with bathroom
You will be able to enter the wellness room through an external access. In the wellness room you will find a Turkish bath. This room has a bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, large fully-enclosed shower and a jacuzzi bathtub.
First Apartment, Middle LevelTerrace
The terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the swimming pool and of the hills.
Patio 2
The second patio is 18 square meters (194 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery.
Living Room 1
You will be able to enter the first living room from the dining room through a cased opening. The floor is paved with wood. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include a long sofa. In this room you will find an upright piano. There is a nice fireplace made of glass. Here you will find a game table. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace and another small terrace through three French doors. The room also has a large panoramic window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Dining Room
The dining room is paved with wood. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include suspended chandeliers. The dining table can accommodate 16 guests. The furnishings include four armchairs and a desk. In this room you will also find a satellite television (local channels). From the dining room you will be able to enter the second patio through two French doors. The room also has a window. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen 1
You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the dining room. It is very well equipped, with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a steam oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the dining room.
