Privileged space for a few dream days:
The exclusive 280m2 villa is in a quiet natural area called Fogars de la Selva just 15km from the beach, 20min from Blanes and 25min from the Airport of Girona. It is distributed on two independent floors with a large garden area and private pool 6x4x2m with hammocks for sunbathing and a barbecue equipped with grills. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, as well as 1 bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there are 3 additional bedrooms all with a double bed and two more bathrooms with hydromassage bathtub and shower. It has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, heating and fireplace for winter, flat screen TV with streaming service (Netflix), Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, sheets and towels included and a garage with capacity for two cars. Key collection takes place in the same house from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment and pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation and we don't accept groups under 30 years. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
