"I wouldn’t say this is the cleanest best western we stayed at during our 9 days. Some mold in the bathroom, difficult to figure out how to get shower warm. Carpet does not feel clean. So many recliners sitting in corners, multiple paint colors, stuff on the walls and counters makes it feel cluttered."

My son found a half empty coke bottle and my daughter found another guest’s underwear. Sink had grime in it. Obviously the room was not cleaned properly. When I told the front desk they did not seem to care and stated they couldn’t refund me since I waited until night to report this. "The staff was kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the history of the property. My room was clean, there were plenty of towels, and a wonderful bed, with a variety of pillows. The greenbelt and a path to the river made walking my dog very enjoyable."

"There was only one positive-two wonderful women there that helped us and were very sweet. Check in host was rude and unqualified. Tried to charge me twice for deposit. Room had dirt on the walls, floor had crumbs and was sticky, shower was disgusting, and a bed broken as soon as one member of our group sat down on it. Did not feel safe and were disgusted. Checked out within 20 minutes."
