"Room was neat and clean, staff was welcoming, and hot tub was good. However, reception stays close night and don't open until 8 or 9am. In case if you need help, no one is there. Only one microwave shared by many rooms. It look like there's a good sitting arrangement in the garden. however, in reality, sofas and chairs were wet and extremely dirty. Overall, its good experience for a night but wasn't pleasant. "

"This hotel was booked by my elderly mother in error (we were in Tobermory, Scotland and booked in Tobermory, Canada). We were stranded on an island with limited electricity during a storm and needed a place to sleep that same night. Within 30 minutes we noticed the mistake and notified the hotel. After several hours of calls and emails we were told that a 7 day cancellation policy applies and that we would lose all of the money. "overall it was good experience but too many restrictions. the best part was view from room and breakfast. you can hear people talking in nearby rooms. less privacy as people can still peek in your room from backdoors. "
