"The door was very hard to unlock. Walking in the house it smelt like smoke/skunk. The carpet had holes in it. The floor in the kitchen had a patch of tape over it. The kitchen faucet sprayed everywhere. The lights in the bathroom didn’t work. The bathtub leaked the whole time. There were two dirty rags in the tub. No towels available. One of the bed frames was very unsteady. We had to tighten the legs on it. Seemed like it was very poorly put together. There was chewed gum and ash in a container...
