#Cleaning and Linen

- The cleaning included in the rate is carried out only at check-out.

- We provide 1 bath towel per guest, 1 face towel per bathroom, and 1 set of bed linen per bed according to the number of guests indicated in the reservation.

- If you need a linen change during your stay, it can be requested separately for an additional fee corresponding to 50% of the cleaning fee.

#Check-in and Check-out

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM (check-in after 8:00 PM may be allowed upon request and subject to team availability).

- Check-out: by 11:00 AM.

- Check-out after 11:00 AM may be allowed if the apartment is available, upon request at least 24 hours in advance and subject to an additional fee of 50% of the daily rate.

#Guests and Visitors

- Only guests who have been properly informed and registered in the reservation are permitted to stay in the accommodation.

- Entry or stay of people beyond the maximum capacity established for the property is not allowed.

- Before check-in, identification documents of the guests will be requested for verification and to grant access to the accommodation.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the property (only on the balcony or terrace).

- Parties, events, and loud music are not allowed.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and must be respected throughout the stay.

- The guest is responsible for complying with the accommodation and condominium rules. If these rules are not followed, a fine may be applied, and the guest responsible for the reservation will be charged.
