"We spent three lovely days at the villa up in the mountains. It was full of rustic charm and very peaceful (the only sounds in the evening were goats and birds!) "The villa is wonderful, exactly as listed and the host Michael is a pleasure to deal with. The whole communication process from start to finish with him was so straightforward and he will go out of his way to help you in any way he can. "Yes, host was very accommodating. Met us there and gave us the rundown. I wouldn't change my rating for it but best to know that it is a long drive on winding mountain roads to get there. Once there though the place is quite unique and roomy. Definitely feel you are on a mountainous hillside in Crete - cats, goats donkeys and all! "
