"Atendimento impecável! Hotel lindo, ótima estrutura, quarto muito confortável, excelente ducha.Café da manhã completo. Superou minhas expectativas!Super recomendo! Fizemos uma viagem por 6 países, todas as hospedagens em hotéis 5 estrelas, e esse foi o que mais nos impressionou, desde a decoração , atendimento, a qualidade do enxoval, amenites....única coisa que , para mim fez falta, foi um pillow top, mas isso não interferiu na excelente experiência!"

"Quarto limpo, funcionários atenciosos, bela vista para I Lago e café da manhã bem variado. Tive alguns contratempos para eles entenderem que eu havia feito a reserva com meia pensão, mas ao fim deu certo. A área de recreação pode receber mais atenção. O boliche não funcionava bem, não tinha raquete de ping pong e a bola do pinball estava rachada. Não havia peças para jogar o air hockey."

"Room was immaculate and comfortable, heated floors in the bathroom were a great touch. Breakfast buffet is very good. The spa is impressive and has everything you need for a day of relaxation. We’ve also booked separate treatments and the massage and facial were excellent. Location of the hotel is also great, literally steps from the Christmas market, the Casino and other attractions. Valet was not included but extremely efficient and took good care of the car. Easy and fast check in and check out. Two points for consideration: this being a 5-star hotel the water in the room not being included and charged apart is a bit ludicrous. And please make the hair dryer detachable from the bathroom wall. No one wants to dry their hair standing in the humid bathroom. 😂 All in all, a fantastic (and very relaxing) stay in Baden-Baden. "
