"I booked a cabin, paid upfront, and they tried to put me in a motel room at the same price. They put someone else in my cabin, so finally they put me in a different one with no loft. The parking they suggested was not great, and the fan in the bathroom made weird noises. Whoever cleaned didn't check the coffee pot, where it looked like a science experiment was brewing.
