"This is the only spot in the area to stay, you are literally in the middle of nowhere. The Staff is wonderful and everything works. It is old and shows it, but they continue to do what they can to update it as things get busier in the region. There is only so much cleaning you can do on something that is older and not modernized. "The Hampton is by far the best hotel in Wells, a boring little town seemingly at the end of the world. The view of the mountains is pretty, however. If you must stay in Wells—which is basically the last town in Nevada proper on I-80–you should stay at the Hampton. A new hotel only about 4 years old, decent breakfast included. "
