"Great stay."

"The cabin was clean and very comfortable, and the staff was kind and patient (being tired after a long day on the road and a little absent minded I immediately locked my key in the room lol). The only glitch was that the hot tub was inoperative at first, but they sent someone down right away to fix it. We were looking forward to jumping in after our long day on the road, and so we had to wait quite a while for it to heat up enough to use, but at least we did get to use it and it was lovely. ...

"Don communicated everything we needed to know before arrival and was a fantastic host while we were there. Delicious breakfasts and drinks and snacks available for whenever. Our room was comfortable, spacious, clean and with everything we needed!"

"Ok... So there's definitely NOT a pool. It's was as low end as it gets ... Like, we walked outside and found a bullet on the ground right outside the door. They double booked the room, so someone else had keys to our room.... "

Frame so every time you would move it sounds .like someone hitting a metal dumpster The mattress were not very comfortable and the room had an order when we arrived. Had to air out the room. We will NEVER stay here again. And whe we checked out at 7;15 am. The door to the office was locked "

"They staff is very helpful and friendly. A person knows that the pool needs attention when you can hear the frogs crock. But it was securely fenced off. There were 3 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 2 wash cloths in the room for 2 people. We had to get maintenance come turn on the TV. Then we could not turn it off with unplugging it. The light fixtures blinked. The bulbs needed to be replaced. The carpet was filthy. Everything in the room is old and needs to be replaced. If you have another choice...

"This hotel was in like-new condition, our room was spotless, as was the hallways and dining room. The location was very convenient on a hilltop for nice views. We look forward to staying here the next time we visit Blue Ridge."

"The lodge is a beautiful hidden gem! Rooms are very nice and clean. The view from the window is amazing, and you can go down and sit outside to enjoy that view of the mountains even more. There's a restaurant on-site that's pretty good, and in addition to hiking the Falls while you're there, you can do ziplining and archery as well. Great place!"

"Paying $300.00 a night was too expensive for what the Hampton Inn offered. Checking in was so unprofessional and unwelcoming. We did not know that our room would only be cleaned every other day. After unpacking, we were uncomfortable at how unkept our room was. It smelled, and the floor had about an inch of dust on it. The friendliest employees were the cleaning staff, so maybe they are understaffed??"

"Easy check in, rooms were clean, breakfast was ok but can’t complain about free food. Parking was easy and spacious. Staff was above and beyond. The manager I’m assuming at the front always asked how our rooms were and if we were comfortable. Our first day there our battery to the fire alarm died. I messaged them and they were there really fast to get that changed out. Would go back if we ever go to Georgia again!"

"Steps are very dangerous as I didn’t know the bottom landing was so dangerous especially for my mother. Thermostat upstairs wouldn’t come on as it looks like it is not attached properly. The place is beautiful outside but overall not for me. "

"I asked for a room in front of the hotel when I arrived because I am disabled but she wouldn't give me one because they have an elevator. When we let to get dinner the close parking was taken. It was harder on me getting things in and out. I paid an extra 30.00 for my pet but they hadn't mowed thier grass which made it hard to walk him. I just feel if they allow pet's they should have a place for them to walk. The area was nice it was right up the street from all the shops."
