"Great customer service! They are very helpful to guests, and it is a unique guesthouse with lots of wood and art. It is right around the corner from the Sun Moon village night market. There are a few resort villages around the lake, but this one is the closest to the cable car that goes to the Aboriginal Culture Park. The cable car is walking distance (and worth the ride), but you can also rent bicycles or electric bicycles very affordably near the hotel and get around easily."

"準備了豐盛的晚點，非常用心，而且晚點跟早餐都還蠻好吃的，整個環境也維持得很好。處處都可以看出旅館的用心。稍微美中不足之處，房間窗簾如果厚一點，遮光度較好，就真的完美了。還會想再訪，謝謝老闆"

"もう４回目の滞在です。新しいわけでもなく、エレベーターもないので、スーツケースを持って３階まで上がるのは大変ですが、掃除が行き届いていて、シャワーのお湯の出も良く、快適です。オーナーもスタッフも感じが良いです。たまにチェックイン時にフロント不在だったりしますが、電話をすればすぐ来てくれます。LINEでも連絡出来ます。いつも女性四人部屋を利用しています。"

"This is a charming B&B with a super friendly owner. Wendy greeted us very warmly with a welcome drink of tea, gave us activity and restaurant suggestions, and treated us very kindly throughout our stay.
