"We stayed at this property about 5 years ago and we had a great stay however this time the experience was terrible. The hotel has gone down hill and seemed old, tired and worn. We had to change rooms because it looked as though someone kicked in the bathroom door breaking the door and lock. The next room wasn’t much better. The bathroom faucet was so loose that we dad to hold it down when turning it on. The was a foul odor on the second floor and the carpet in the hallway was worn and...

"I have never complained about a hotel before however, Soto was quite overpriced for what it was. The young female bartender was extremely inhospitable and rude to my friend and to another couple. She actually sneered l. The front desk woman seemed utterly harassed when we checked in—no smiles, no welcome.. just an awful experience. There was a smell of faint sewage or something foul in the lobby and halls and they were trying to cover it up with the use of scented air fresheners… No apology...

"Bem cuidado e boas instalações. TV grande no quarto. Boa piscina quente coberta. Academia muito básica. Cafeteria Sturbuks no saguão que dá um café a escolha. Não tem bufê de café-da-manhã. Não trocaram a roupa de cama nem as toalhas nenhum dia. Apesar de um ter pedido na recepção quando fiz o check-in. O mesmo aconteceu com todos quartos da minha família."
