"Hotel opened 18 months ago. The decoration of the rooms and reception is wonderful, with personalized and very welcoming service. Very large parking lot at the door of the rooms. The Hotel has a great location because it is on the side of the road but at the top of a small hill, being very quiet and having a very beautiful view."

"We love the Bershire Mountain Lodge. We've stayed here five other times but this time we do have a few very minor negatives. 1) The cabinet door under the kitchenette sink had a loose hinge. We messaged the staff and requested that they wait until after we checked out to repair the hinge. "It is an Artist’s Retreat. It is very quirky, but once you get used to it, it was great. Dog friendly, brought my boxer, large back space to walk them in. Right on river, absolutely peaceful.My only thing is none of the rooms have two beds, and I was traveling with my brother. Not sleep in’ in a bed with him (sorry not sorry) Host moved us to a different space that had a queen bed and a door that could be closed and two futons that were not private, but that wasn’t a big deal.
