"We stayed at this property about 5 years ago and we had a great stay however this time the experience was terrible. The hotel has gone down hill and seemed old, tired and worn. We had to change rooms because it looked as though someone kicked in the bathroom door breaking the door and lock. The next room wasn’t much better. "Three elevators with only one of them working, the entire time I was there. There are stairs which I used once from my 5th floor room, but then discovered the stairwell does not open on the 2nd floor and the second floor is where the restaurant, bar, gym and everything else you might want are located. There's a sign in the lobby " Rise and Dine!" When I finally arrived at the breakfast room with, of course, my room key, I was asked if I had a coupon...meaning, had I paid for breakfast upfront?...
