"It was a pleasure to find this gem of a cabin available for a night so we could attend a concert at Tanglewood, despite living out of state. The location was lovely, convenient and quiet; the cabin was impeccably appointed (thanks for the fresh flowers in every room and bottle of Riesling!) and very clean with every possible amenity; and the hosts were communicative, friendly and helpful. "Read reviews about checking in & was worried. I had no problem. Called the phone # - lady answered right away. Walked me through the payment & key card process & I was done & in my room in 5 minutes. She gave us a different room & it was clean & looked like all new bathroom and curtains. We'll definitely stay here again"

Get to the property 10 mins before check in and no one is there, wait around for 30 mins, no one there, no one answering in the app, no one picking up the phone. By 340 called Vrbo who canceled my reservation around 4pm the property called asked if I left, I said I did and booked somewhere else, no apology, no reasoning, just “ok” and hung up. We stayed in a beautiful room (203), which included a spacious sitting area and a well-appointed bath. The breakfast were nicely prepared and presented. The Inn provided timely information prior and during our stay. We will be back in the future. "
