"2 pillow covers and linen had some animal hair in One of the queen bed inside the bedroom. So yukky! Need to go out to the front desk and exchange it. Another thing, telephone inside the bedrock is not working. Last but not the least, the pressure of the shower was so weak and cause more time to shower"

"Outside condition of back of building including outside stairs are in need of much attention and repair. Room was clean but missing a large window shade and rug under bed area was a trip hazard. Room was much smaller than pictures on line. Advertised with “pop up” restaurant and bar and nothing was open except an open refrigerated shelf area w yogurts and salsa jars. Staff said they’d do something about missing shade but nothing happened. Convenient parking in rear of building."
