Toscanella Apartment

A centrally located apartment on the first floor of a typical Florentine building, just a few steps from Palazzo Pitti and Ponte Vecchio, in a lively neighborhood rich in services. Situated in a dynamic and vibrant area, it is just a short walk from the main tourist attractions. The apartment, featuring a rustic Tuscan style with exposed wooden beams, consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers (one of which is en-suite), a living area with a dining table and television, and a fully equipped kitchenette.


Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. 
Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.

Service limitation:
Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required. 

As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address.
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature.

City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

BY BOOKING MY APARTMENT, YOU ARE ACCEPTANCE OF THE FOLLOWING RULES: - In accordance with current anti-terrorism legislation, you will be asked to show your ID or passport during check-in to register with the Department of Public Security. If you do not have these documents or the required information, we will not be able to check you in by law. - Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM; - Late check-in, if agreed upon in advance, is possible at the following cost: • From 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM, 50 Euros • From 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM, 80 Euros • From 12:00 AM to 2:00 AM, 100 Euros - Check-out is by 10:00 AM; - The presence of any other guests must be authorized in advance by our staff; - Parties are not permitted; - Please avoid loud noises and avoid slamming doors after 11:00 PM; - Smoking is NOT permitted inside the apartment; - Pets are allowed upon request. A supplement of €20 per stay will be charged; - Cots and high chairs are available upon request, at a cost of €20 per stay; - If anything gets broken or damaged, please let us know and we will come and check it; - Please keep your house keys safe. In the event of lost or failed keys, a €50 lock replacement fee will be charged for security reasons. For urgent repairs caused by the guest outside of office hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM), a €100 fee will be charged. The apartment is located in a pedestrian area and is not accessible by car. If you are planning to drive to the apartment, please contact me for information on private parking in the area. HEATING REGULATIONS: In accordance with Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022, issued by the Ministry for Ecological Transition, for the 2022-2023 winter season, the Municipality of Florence is permitted to operate heating systems from November 8th to April 7th, for a maximum of 11 hours per day. The permitted temperature in our apartment is 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°C. We thank you for your kind cooperation.
