The space

The Blue Lily by Maison Florence is a spacious, elegant and charming residence located on the first floor of a historic building at Borgo Ognissanti 45. Please note that there is no lift.

The apartment has been designed to provide maximum comfort for families, groups of friends, or travellers wishing to experience Florence while staying in a welcoming, carefully furnished and functional home.

The living area is warm and refined, featuring exposed wooden beams, light-toned furnishings and blue decorative details that create a relaxing and harmonious atmosphere. The living room includes a comfortable seating area, a Smart TV and a charming fireplace that makes the space even more inviting.

The dining area is integrated into the living space and is ideal for enjoying breakfast, lunch or dinner together. The dining table can comfortably seat up to 8 people.

The kitchen is modern, elegant and fully equipped, allowing guests to enjoy complete independence throughout their stay. It includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler and all the main cooking utensils and equipment required, including for longer stays.

The apartment has 4 double bedrooms. Three bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, while one bedroom has two standard double beds, making the property suitable for up to 10 guests.

Each bedroom has been carefully furnished and is equipped with air conditioning and a Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Every room has been designed to provide privacy and comfort for all guests.

The 3 bathrooms are fully equipped and functional. All bathrooms have a shower, while one also features both a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer is provided in each bathroom.

Guests also have access to a washing machine.

The apartment is located at Borgo Ognissanti 45, in a strategic position within Florence’s historic city centre.

From here, guests can easily walk to the city’s main attractions, including Santa Maria Novella, the Lungarno riverfront, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi Gallery and Florence Cathedral.

The neighbourhood is elegant, central and well served, with numerous restaurants, cafés, artisan shops, stores and useful services. Its location makes it easy and convenient to experience Florence, whether travelling for tourism, with family or with friends.

Guests are required to complete the online check-in procedure by providing the identity documents of all guests and signing the rental agreement, in accordance with current Italian regulations.

The total amount paid for the reservation includes both the rental fee for the apartment and the services provided by Maison Florence, in accordance with applicable regulations.

These services include reservation management, check-in and check-out management, mandatory administrative requirements, assistance during the stay, the provision of bed linen and towels, cleaning, maintenance and personalised guest support.
