The studio is completed with a double bed with dining table, wardrobe corner and a spacious bathroom with shower. Wifi connection and washing machine available to guests. Equipped with air conditioning. A set of towels and sheets available for each guest. To reach the studio you need to go up a flight of stairs. Located in a lively and dynamic neighborhood, full of services, restaurants and typical shops. It is located in a limited traffic area, it is not possible to park in the surrounding streets, it is recommended to park in a private garage.
Service limitations: The permitted temperature values ​​in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°C.
According to Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is permitted from November 8th to April 7th, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to the house keys. In case of loss or failure to deliver the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
