A house with a private garden and terrace: a rarity in Florence. We are in Le Cure, an elegant and very quiet residential neighborhood, with the most authentic market in the city just a 5 minute walk away and the historic center just a short bus ride away. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, up to 6 guests. Fully equipped kitchen, bright living room, washing machine and barbecue in the garden for outdoor dinners and aperitifs. Perfect for families and groups looking for space, greenery and the real Florence, away from the crowds.



The entire house is at your disposal, including the garden and terrace: these are private spaces, reserved exclusively for you throughout your stay. You will also have access to the storage room with washing machine, available throughout your stay.

Please let me know your approximate arrival and departure times: I will give you the opportunity to leave your luggage even if the accommodation is not ready yet. To register your stay, I will need the document details of all travelers, which I will ask you for a few hours after check in. Also, please let me know before arriving if you need the washing machine/dryer and I will provide you with the instructions to access the dedicated room. For up to 4 adult guests, the beds in the bedrooms are intended for use without opening the sofa bed (1 double and 1 single if there are 3 of you, two doubles if there are 4 of you). I kindly ask you to let me know if there is a need to use the sofa bed in the living room despite the available beds: in that case, a linen change fee of 16 (taxes included) will be charged. No sleeping space is provided for infants. A crib can be requested, which, including bed linen, will cost 25 for the entire stay. I kindly ask you to book for the exact number of people and to promptly report any additional guests. This will allow for proper registration with the local authorities. Remember that this is the home of someone who takes care of it personally and not a business treat it as if it were your own! Please let me know if something breaks, so I have the opportunity to replace it for the next guest. Thank you

Remember to put the keys back in the box when leaving. Turn off the air conditioners/heating and the lights at check out. Take out the rubbish. Close the umbrella and put away the deck chairs. Le Cure is a residential and quiet area: we ask you to keep noise levels moderate, especially in the outdoor spaces, after 21:00. Smoking is not allowed indoors (sensors are present). Pets are not allowed. Parties or events are not allowed. For technical reasons, it is not possible to use hair dyes or bleach in the showers, which are made of resin. We ask you to reduce the heating and turn off the air conditioners when you go out: the environment will thank you.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Le Cure Le Cure is the Florence where Florentines actually live. An elegant, orderly, and extraordinarily quiet residential neighborhood north of the historic center. A five minute walk away you will find the Mercato delle Cure, one of the city's most authentic and beloved markets: seasonal fruits and vegetables, a fishmonger, a historic tripe vendor, pizza by the slice, and small shops. It is the place where you do your grocery shopping alongside the locals, not alongside other tourists. THE HISTORIC CENTER: The monumental heart of Florence is close by but not right on top of you, which is precisely the point. The Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi, and Santa Croce can be reached with a walk of about half an hour along the avenues, or in a few minutes by bus. In the evening, you return to a peaceful area where you can actually sleep. A green space all your own, in the city. In Florence, a private garden is a rare luxury. Here you have one: a private space with terrace, perfect for breakfast in the sun, lunch in the shade, evening barbecues and an aperitif as the city slows down. INDOOR SPACES: The living room is very bright and opens directly onto the terrace and garden: in good weather, the two spaces become one. The equally bright kitchen has everything you need to prepare proper meals not just heat something up. Cooking lovers will feel at home, with the Mercato delle Cure just five minutes away. HOW YOU SLEEP: * Double bedroom * Second bedroom with two single beds, which can be joined into a double * Large, comfortable double sofa bed in the living room 6 sleeping places in total, with two bathrooms especially useful for families and groups in the morning before heading out. The second bedroom is flexible: two friends can have separate beds, a couple can have a double, or two children can share it. Tell us your preference and we ll prepare everything before arrival. High speed Wi Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning and heating. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave: everything needed to cook proper meals. There is also a storage room with washing machine and dryer, ideal for longer stays and families with children. Bed linen, towels, a bathroom welcome kit and cleaning products are provided, including sponges and dish soap.

OUTDOOR SPACES The garden and terrace are private, for the exclusive use of guests. The barbecue is at your disposal: we ask you to use it carefully and leave it clean after use. We also ask you to close the umbrella in case of wind and when you go out. PARKING It is possible to park on the street at a cost of 1 per hour from 8:00 to 20:00 on weekdays, free of charge on Sundays and public holidays. Subject to availability, a private parking space may be available: write to us in advance and we will check together.
