Elegant    Florentine-style apartment overlooking Piazza Santa Croce, consisting of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is private with access from a bedroom.
The living area with equipped kitchenette with fridge, oven, hob, crockery and utensils. Washing machine, air conditioning and wi-fi connection available for guests. Located in a lively and dynamic neighborhood, with a splendid view over the square, in a district full of typical restaurants and shops, a few minutes walk from Signoria Square    and the Uffizi’s Gallery Museum, the S. Ambrogio Market, 10 minutes walk from Ponte Vecchio .
The apartment is located on the third floor, the building has a small lift but it is necessary to walk up some stairs to access the apartment. It is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility and small children.
The apartment is located in a limited traffic area, it’s needed    to park in a private garage nearby (to register your access to the limited traffic zone ) and reach the apartment on foot.

Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged.. City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
