Florence - in the heart of the historic center a stone's throw from the Duomo

The building is located in the heart of Florence, within the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), just a short walk from the Duomo and the main museums (Accademia, Uffizi, Museo di San Marco, and the Archaeological Museum). The apartments are furnished in a simple, functional style with attention to detail; natural light streaming in through the skylights creates a unique atmosphere in the home, which is equipped with every comfort: remote-controlled air conditioning and individual heating; the master bedroom is particularly charming and cozy, featuring a large double bed; in the living room, which is clearly separated from the rest of the home, there is a comfortable double sofa bed. The other bedroom is furnished with a cute bunk bed that children absolutely love.
From the balcony of the third-floor apartment, you can enjoy a stunning view of Brunelleschi’s dome and Giotto’s bell tower, which is particularly enchanting at night when the monuments are illuminated.
Easily accessible from the train station and the airport via the T2-S tram line (Marco Università), whose terminus is right across the street, the apartment is ideal for exploring the city on foot. Its location allows you to easily and quickly reach every part of the city, as well as the outskirts (Piazzale Michelangelo, Fiesole).
