The apartment has been recently renovated with great attention to detail, combining modern comforts with the charm of Florentine tradition. It is situated on the fourth floor of a historic building without an elevator, so it is recommended for guests comfortable with climbing stairs.

The property features a spacious double bedroom, a modern bathroom with shower, and a bright living room with a small balcony, tastefully furnished and equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed—ideal for hosting up to four guests. The living area also includes a compact kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop (no oven), dishwasher, kettle, and refrigerator. The atmosphere is cozy and perfect for both short and long stays, offering a relaxing retreat after a day exploring the city. The apartment also comes with a washer-dryer, ideal for longer visits.

Guest Access

The apartment is entirely at your disposal.

Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

As there is no reception, we kindly ask you to inform us of your exact arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.

Late check-ins must be requested and approved at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

Early or late check-ins incur an extra fee:

From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: €10 (€15 on weekends)

From 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM: €25

From 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM: €35

From 10:00 PM to midnight: €45

Check-ins after midnight are not available unless arranged in advance.
