Whether you’re visiting Florence for a family reunion, checking out UNA with your loved ones, sight seeing, or coming to work our home is the place for you! 2 blks to UNA & 4 to Court St. You will find peace & convenience in this special stone cottage built in1926 & newly renovated in 2018. We hope you will feel like you’ve found your home away from home. We have a fully stocked kitchen at your disposal and laundry appliances to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

The space
A vintage inspired home with 2 clean bedrooms and 1 full bathroom (no tub, standing shower only). It’s a great place for families with older children to check out UNA’s amazing campus, folks coming to sightsee, or as a peaceful place to rest after a long work shift.

The kitchen has plenty of space and is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, relax, and make yourself at home!

PARKING
Our driveway can accommodate 1 vehicle. No large work trucks will fit (our sincere apologies).

GUEST ACCESS
The bedroom(s) available upon check in will be determined by the number of guests booking. Bedroom 1 is best suited for 3 guests while bedroom 2 is best suited for 1-2 guests. If you desire to have both rooms available, additional fees apply. You will have the entire space to yourself but the patio is

SECURITY: Interactive and motion activated audio/visual recording doorbell is installed at the entrance. This tool is utilized to aid guests during check in should the need arise. No other cameras are on this property.
