In the heart of Florence, just steps from Piazza San Marco and Piazza della Libertà, this elegant split-level apartment is on the third and top floor of a historic building, served by a lift. Bright and private, it sleeps up to four guests and offers a stunning panoramic terrace over the city's rooftops.

The first level has two bedrooms, each with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and a small laundry area, a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living room adorned with a frescoed ceiling. The attic-style upper level houses a further sleeping area with an en-suite bathroom, from which you step directly onto the panoramic terrace. In total, the apartment has two bathrooms.

Good to know:
The apartment is on the third and top floor and is served by a lift; it is set over two levels, the upper one attic-style. Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm; for arrivals after 8:00 pm a surcharge applies, but we are always reachable. On arrival you will find a starter kit for your first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.). The house has a boiler: for maximum comfort we recommend using the shower one at a time, as simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce its temperature. The apartment is in a limited traffic zone (ZTL). The tourist tax is €6 per person per night.

Check-in and check-out
Check-in: from 14:00 to 20:00, by appointment. We ask you to let us know your arrival time in advance, so as to better coordinate us. Check-out: by 10:00 a.m. Check-in after 20:00: possible subject to the availability of our staff, with a supplement: 50€ until 22:00 · 80€ from 22:00 to midnight · 100€ from midnight to 02:00. Check-in after 02:00 is not possible.
Guest registration (legal requirement)
Italian law (art. 109 TULPS — R.D. 773/1931) requires us to communicate the identity of all guests to the public security authority. Upon check-in, we will then ask you for a valid identity document for each guest (for foreign guests, a passport). Without this data, we cannot deliver the accommodation to you. This is a requirement for all accommodation facilities in Italy: we record data only for the purpose of public security control.
Tourist tax
The City of Florence applies a tourist tax of 6.00€ per person per night, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Minors up to 12 years old are exempt. (To be paid at check-in/already collected from the platform — adapt according to the booking channel.)
What is included in the rate
Air conditioning, heating, electricity, water, bed linen and towels, use of the washing machine.
Pets not allowed
Coexistence and neighborhood
The apartment is located in a residential building, so:
No parties or events are allowed. We ask you to respect the silence after 23:00 and avoid slamming doors. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Any additional guests other than those indicated in the booking must be agreed with us in advance.
Heating and air conditioning
Heating: as required by national legislation (D.M. 383 of 06/10/2022), for the City of Florence, the system can be turned on from November 8 to April 7, for a maximum of 11 hours a day, with a temperature adjusted between 19 °C and 21 °C (tolerance included). Air conditioning: to reduce consumption and respect the environment, we ask you to use the air conditioner responsibly, maintaining a temperature of 19—21 °C and turning it off when you leave.

Keep your keys carefully. In case of loss or failure to return, for security reasons it will be necessary to replace the lock, with a charge of 50.00€.
Overtime interventions
For urgent interventions made necessary by improper use by the guest and requested outside office hours (22:00 — 08:00), a fee of 100.00€ will be applied.
