The space



The apartment is located on the first floor without an elevator, but you only need to climb two short flights of stairs.



- Fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, induction cooktop, pots, plates, wine glasses, and American coffee machine.

- Living area separated from the kitchen by a hallway, equipped with dining table, chairs, and TV.

- Bedroom with a 160x190 cm double bed, new orthopedic mattress, wardrobe with hangers and shelves, iron, and drying rack.

- Bathroom with shower, toilet paper, hand soap, and hairdryer. Please note the bathroom is small in size.

- Storage room for your suitcases.



The apartment has air conditioning and heat pump heating. Double windows ensure peace and quiet, as they overlook a small inner courtyard, away from the main street. There is no city view. Wi-Fi connection is available.
