"I was very disappointed! We had 2 rooms reserved there were no hangers in either room and when I called the front desk to request hangers I had to go up to the desk to get them and was only given 3 hangers total. She said that was all she had! The first morning there we realized we had no spare TP roll so we actually had to call for another roll. The floors in the rooms had not been cleaned and were gritty to walk on. The hallways smelled nasty. The mattresses had definitely seen better days....

"Rooms smelt musty, damp and old. The air conditions in all 3 rooms my family were in looked like the filters have never been cleaned. Disappointed that they were in such bad shape. We've stayed here many times before and they weren't a whole lot better. We will think twice before we stay there again."

"We hosted a bridal shower for my soon to be daughter-in-law in the Hennessy suite. From the second we pulled up to the Crosby, all hands were on deck helping to bring all of our party supplies to the room. Greeted by staff and manager and personally escorted to the room to make sure we had everything we needed. The suite was perfect for the occasion, clean, spacious, comfortable, it was perfect. We had an amazing time at the Crosby and the Stillwater area."

"Breakfast was toast & cereal, bananas & 1 day had apples. Store bought little Debbie snack. No yogurt, etc . Bathroom needs updated, paint, cleaned. had to push room doors shut to latch. Great location. Rooms nice other than bathroom"

"Staff was so very helpful for our trip to Stillwater MN:)) Parking is free with room! We had so much fun going to places all over Stillwater! All staff was more than happy to give us names of specific places to go! Room was perfect and Grace from staff was so sweet and professional:))"

"Location was perfect. The bathroom had little area to put anything… unless you wanted to put things on top toilet tank. I think a little more thought could be put into places to put things .. had no place to put luggage other than floor. … but then the desk person did say ‘we got the cheap’ room… hmmmm!"

"Big, clean room. Warm, well kept pool. The only thing I didn't like was that their breakfast ends kinda early at 9am."

"Pleasant check in staff, nice variety of food for breakfast, comfortable beds and pillows for weary travelers from abroad…the only glitch…the power went out in the morning not allowing showers and resulting in a 3 story descent on the stairs from the third floor with a baby buggy, two children under two, and luggage…not a good ending to our stay unfortunately."

"The entire place smelled like they tried to cover up years of wet dog odor by shampooing the carpets and then leaving them damp. They allow dogs, and trust me, you can tell the second you walk through the door. Honestly, I was ready to cut my losses and find a different hotel altogether, but my girlfriend was exhausted and just wanted to be done with it, so we stayed. Needless to say, I won't be staying there again. The only way I'd ever consider coming back is if it was some kind of absolute...
