"Thank you for your hospitality. Whilst I didn't actually interact with any of the staff or use the pool. My stay was everything I needed. I arrived after the office had closed and the instructions on how to get my keys were easy to follow and I had no problems accessing my room. I checked out before the office had opened, but again the process to drop off the keys was easy. The room was tidy. I enjoyed the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap for the shower. "I arrived at airport 2:30 am to flight next day at 1:00 am. I just book for one night. I had to check out at 12:00 and be waiting at reception as they can not give on late check out, only paying another day."
