Located in the heart of Fleury d'Aude, in a peaceful cul-de-sac, it enjoys complete privacy while being only a two-minute walk from shops, cafes, restaurants and the bakery. The beaches of Saint-Pierre-la-Mer can be reached in a few minutes by car.

The private balcony and terrace, out of sight, invite you to enjoy the sun, have an outdoor meal or simply relax in a quiet and authentic setting.

The living room has a convertible sofa bed offering an extra bed, ideal for a child or guests.

The two bedrooms are connected by a traditional staircase, typical of village houses in the area. Due to this staircase, the house is unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Young children are welcome, but should be supervised when using the stairs.

This house is ideal for couples or small families who want to experience the true art of living in the south of France and stay in a house with character rather than a modern, soulless apartment.
