All on one level, the house features a living area bathed in natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows, complete with a sofa and armchairs; a spacious dining room with a wooden table, chairs, a display cabinet, and satellite TV; a superbly equipped kitchen; and, in a separate area, a roomy bathroom with a walk-in shower and two bedrooms.

The large terrace is divided into several sections: a covered area for undisturbed al fresco dining; an open yet private space for sunbathing and stargazing; and a tiered terrace with direct access to the garrigue, perfect for outdoor activities and exploration for both dog and owner.

Meanwhile, the car is parked in its designated space within the gated property.
