Inside, our spacious open floor plan is ideal for gatherings. Four floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room bring the outside in, creating a stunning backdrop for your stay.

The $42 charge listed as a "administrative fee" on your quote covers your purchase of $3,000 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on your rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement.
