"Our stay at this beautiful mountain retreat was everything we hoped for and more. The Perch cabin was spotless, cozy, and incredibly well-equipped – from a fully stocked kitchen to plush bedding and thoughtful touches throughout. The location strikes the perfect balance: tucked away enough to feel secluded and peaceful, yet still close to hiking trails, scenic overlooks, and charming local spots. "The house was wonderful. It was immaculate. The kitchen was fantastic. It was located near things we wanted to do. It was delightful sitting on the porch. The only problem was the road to get in and the parking. We are in our 80s and found turning the car around on the steep gravel road with the cliff on one side very difficult. Fortunately, our granddaughter came to stay with us. We used her car. Unfortunately, she had to leave a day early so we left when she did."

"We were very happy with the location. Quiet, cozy, and the picturesque view from the deck (and the hot tub) was amazing. Not too far from town, we had a fun day in Asheville before returning to relax among the tree tops again. I would not hesitate to book a return stay at this sweet spot next time we are in the area. "This secluded cottage in the peaceful setting of the Pisgah Forest, was just what we needed for a week of relaxation, hiking, delicious restaurants, and shopping with easy access to downtown Brevard, Hendersonville and Asheville. Our host was most hospitable and the accommodations were clean, comfortable and afforded us every convenience of a home away from home. We would definitely return. "

"This place was great! We stayed for 4 nights over July 4th and it did not disappoint. The running creek was awesome, the sounds of the creek are beyond amazing. Had a hiccup or so but the property manager/owner answered quickly and handed it properly, I would highly recommend, even the dogs had fun with the fenced in yard and we even had a bear come by a couple of days. I will happily book again in the future. "

"One of the best short-term rental properties I’ve stayed in. The home had everything we needed. Location is great, private retreat within minutes from Asheville. Home was extremely clean, space was ample for our family of 4. Great instructions. We will definitely return to “Just Bee” when visiting western NC again! "
