"My family and I enjoyed this great home over July 4 weekend. The property was wonderful to view from the large deck, whether it was coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. The kitchen was well-equipped and we all enjoyed the board games, cards, and game room in the basement, where we held multiple shuffleboard tournaments on a rainy day.The location was great too; we explored surrounding towns, hiked Kaaterskill Falls, and mountain-biked the nearby Belleayre Mountain trail...

"We had the most relaxing stay at rays vacation home. Ray answered all of questions very quickly and made sure everything was ok and we had what we needed. 3 beautiful bedrooms a beautiful kitchen and very comfortable living room. We made a fire in the fire pit and made some s'mores. We would definitely love to come back next year. 5 star vacation home. Thank you for the memorable stay Ray!"

"The property is just as described and pictured, and everything was in working order. The Owner is very quick to respond to any communication. Less than 10 min. to Bellaire Mountain, and with a fireplace, would make a nice cabin for winter weekend ski getaways. It is small... We were 2 adults and one child--- adults took the bedroom and the child on the futon in the living room. 2 Adults and 2 children would probably max the space; although more could fit it might not be very comfortable....

Local goat sanctuary is a must for a hike with the goats. "I raised my girls in Woodstock. This trip was about showing my grandchildren what it was like growing up here. The kids had a great time and I enjoyed seeing them explore the area!
