"Exceeded my expectations, beautiful house and room (Harry) clean, bright, and spacious with very pretty furniture. The bed was super comfortable, slept wonderfully. The street is busy, with cars and people using it all night, nothing loud, just enough background noise to put you to sleep. The other guests were very quiet, only heard a family coming in at 9 and another one leaving at 7:30. Super location, 10 minutes walk from the castle and with a parking lot 50 yards away. "We needed an overnight bed and breakfast option after attending a wedding at nearby Farnham Castle. Dawyk Beech fitted the bill perfectly and was less expensive than an overnight at the castle. Our en suite room was a very generous size overlooking the lovely garden with a comfortable king bed. "It was exactly what we wanted. We arrived at 11:00pm and left to tour the city in the morning at 05:30am and it was not a problem. One thing that might help others: you'll get an email the day before you check in which contains a code that you use to open a small locker box which has your room's key. So of you're traveling, make sure you get access to your emails."
