"Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix...

"This is a great property and I can't wait to stay again. The best part was fresh eggs and feeding the animals! But keep in mind this is not a pristine hotel. This is an urban farm with an antique shop on the premises. There is no lobby. Most of this was fine, but I think there were some things that needed TLC on the exterior of the property (e.g., debris on the trampoline, playhouse by each unit was a little frayed, boules set was incomplete, etc.). "It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. "Great service from the time we arrived until we left. Quiet with a good comfortable bed. Great facilities to be able to prepare an occasional meal but also close enough to walk to the pub for a meal. The location was great to use as a base for day trips to Windsor and Bath for us. "My colleague who stayed here said it was clean and beautifully decorated. It is about 1 min to Reading Town Centre. There is some mild traffic noise from the buses early morning but nothing to do with the property. This didn’t affect the stay and wasn’t noisy enough to disrupt any sleep.
