"This property was amazing! Once you get up the external stairs and then the internal staircase you are left with everything you need for a short term stay. Beds and living room furniture are comfortable, kitchen adequately stocked, plenty of storage, lots of extra towels and very clean.Be ready to make many 180 degree turns into this home's driveway on the end of a busy street, but just take your time. Very nice location within walking distance to grocery stores and plenty of fast food...

"Wonderful neighborhood. About a 40 minute walk to downtown St. John’s which we loved. Spacious rental. While I had difficulty setting up a VRBO account to communicate with the property manager, I was able to communicate with people places and things through my email. The host was so kind and gracious and wanting to make sure that all our needs were met. Would definitely stay here again."

"Very clean and well stocked home. Rob was an excellent host and always available when we had questions. The house is in a neighborhood just a 5 minute walk from downtown St John’s. There are some hills when walking but they are manageable. Overall a great home base for exploring the area."

Open concept entry/living room and kitchen area would be great for entertaining. Old-fashioned style bathtub is great for a sit down bath but a little challenging for a shower. Would definitely rebook. "

The security clearance process with TRUVI was a bit cumbersome but the check-in at the unit went very smoothly. Would recommend."
