"Overall, our stay was great, but our experience with the breakfast staff left a very bad impression.
Expedia listed breakfast hours as ending at 10:00 AM, whereas the hotel had a sign posted stating it closes at 9:30 AM. Because of this discrepancy, we arrived close to the hotel's closing time, completely unaware of the difference.
Rather than handling the situation professionally, the two staff members on duty were blatantly rude, making sarcastic and disrespectful remarks in Spanish toward us,...

"This hotel was clean and a great location. It was not my the main roads no traffic noise at all. The room was clean, pillows were comfortable and the blackout curtains were a plus. The staff was friendly.
The store was a good selection for snacks and drinks. We did not eat there but they had a restaurant on site that looked like a great menu.
Only thing I didn’t like about the property is they charge a parking fee of 9$.
Which is not allot of money but it’s a hidden fee that is unavoidable. We...

"We love the Holiday Inn. Rooms are clean and cozy. The free morning breakfast is amazing and actually tasteful. ONE THING I don’t like are how expensive the snacks are in the snack area. A cup of noodle was $4 when they’re .99c at the grocery store, and that is just one of many high priced snacks and beverages! So bring your own snacks!"
