Take advantage of all the amenities, such as a pool table, hot tub, ping pong, and BBQ and basketball. Minutes from downtown Flagstaff and within a few hours` drive of all Northern Arizona has to offer. No matter the occasion, create lasting memories in this ULTIMATE family vacation spot! All Bedrooms are upstairs.
Please be advised that we use a 3rd party booking platform and VRBO requires that we use an independent credit card company to process payments. If you decide to cancel this reservation, the credit card fee that we are charged is not refundable. You will need to reimburse us for this fee before we can cancel and refund your reservation.

Great location, plenty of space for our family and kids. Love that they welcomed our well-behaved dog. I think the only thing missing was a few complimentary coffee pods lol Something we overlooked in packing! Kids loved it - we would come back!

Overall a very nice property. A few nit picky things like pots were dirty when we got there, the single step exiting the kitchen was abnormally high and difficult for Grandma, the hot tub was a little green and some instructions on its controlls would have been nice since it was somehow switched to sleep mode and stayed at 94 for 2 days until we figured out how to turn off the sleep mode. We ended up buying a knife sharpener because the knives were so dull. Some Tupperware would have been nice, but we were able to pick some up at savers.My biggest complaint is the king bed, that's not in the master bedroom, was horribly uncomfortable. The mattress laid on a metal box spring who's rails were so thin and wide apart I found myself wedged between them by the morning. I slept on the couch after the first night. Loved the proximity to the park, the pool table and the ping pong table. Linens were clean and there were plenty of towels. We greatly appreciated having the washer and dryer and that we didn't have to buy our own detergent. We've had issues in other VRBOs where we were asked to do laundry when we left, but no detergent was provided. We also appreciated that there were spices for cooking. Overall a decent place, except for that bed

Needs a better cleaning, outdated house

I booked this property for four nights, we stayed only two. This property was not up to our standards. It was dirty,especially the master bedroom. The shower and mirror had water stains, the duvet had stains, the towels were thin and dingy. They need an exterminator as we killed numerous large bugs. There were stains on the couch, the carpet. The mattresses were uncomfortable and the A/C is way too small for the size of the house. The upstairs was not very cool and the fans were very noisy. Even my dorm living grandson didn't want to stay. The rug in the dining room is a major tripping hazard. The whole house needs a major updating for the price we paid.

Has family amenities like a pool table & ping pong. Away from the hustle & bustle but close enough to get to Whole Foods. The WiFi was a nightmare, we spent quite a bit of time with the owner to get it working. Home needs attention to detail in regards to cleanliness. Owner was very kind.

Perfect for our needs

This was the perfect location for our active family. The children had plenty of room and "toys" to keep them busy including wonderful Peaks View County Park at the end of our short road. Many hours were spend on the soccer fields flying kites. The view from the house was lovely. The property was relatively rural in a neighborhood of modest houses which had several + acres fenced in. After hiking the Grand Canyon, Walnut Canyon and exploring ruins, the clean hot tub was a welcome treat every night. Easy access to restaurants and groceries. Flagstaff is a college town with many good restaurants. We especially enjoyed the Lumber Yard, a lively brew pub with great food. Also take a walk through charming down town. My only suggestion is to provide more information in the guest book. It would be nice to list some available activities: Grand Canyon, Wupatki ruins, Lowell Observatory, Walnut Canyon, Sunset Crater etc. Also some suggestions of restaurants (by type) in addition to local emergency phone numbers. Elizabeth provided immediate response to our messages. You will enjoy your stay here.

Wonderful place for our group

We had two families of four and we really enjoyed the house. Grill, pool table, ping pong, and hot tub kept everyone entertained. Host was great and responded immediately if/when we had any needs.

Lots of Space

We came up for a quick weekend birthday getaway.The property was easy to find.We loved how open the space was so you didn't feel like you were on top of eachother.They are pet friendly so it was nice to be able to include all of the family.

Destination family Christmas

What an amazing place. My parents, my brothers family, and my family all came together for a destination Christmas and this was the perfect property! Activities for the kids and relaxing in the hot tub for the adults! The host was very responsive when we had a small issue/question that got resolved quickly. Over all a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable quiet escape that is still close to town.

Great house for teens and our dog!

This property was the perfect fit for our trip. We brought my 13yo son and his three friends and our 14month old dog. The boys had so much to do with the pool table, ping pong table, basketball hoop and just playing the snow. Our dog loved the freedom of the fenced in yard as there was a lot of space for him to run and play. The rooms were a good size and we had everything we needed. The host was very communicative and great to work with.

Perfect house for family with dogs

The house offered plenty of room and comfort for the eight of us. Our 4 big dogs loved the huge yard! I would highly recommend staying here if you're planning to visit Flagstaff! We will be back!

Nice house in a nice location

We enjoyed our New Year stay at this property, even though we didn't make it to Flagstaff the first day, all freeways were closed due to the snow storm, so we had to scramble for a hotel in Prescot to wait out the storm. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood, takes about 45 minutes to get to Snowbowl. The kids enjoyed the ping pong and billiards, the dog enjoyed the large enclosed yard outside, and we just enjoyed quiet time in the evening. The kitchen had everything we needed. The dining table was large and comfortably accommodated our large family. The family room had a nice sectional sofa so you can enjoy your evening. The property manager was very responsive. We didn't check out the hot tub outside, it was just too cold, so we chickened out. Next time. The only couple of "complaints" were that the fireplace in the family room wasn't working, it would be nice to have it going when it's snowing and cold outside, and the "smart" thermostat that really tested our collective brains trying to figure out how it works. Other than that, we had a great time here, wouldn't mind coming here again.

Beautiful!

My family and I stayed at this home for our staycation and absolutely loved it! The home is beautiful inside and out, has all you would need during your stay and my dog loved the gated yard/exploring the beautiful property! Definitely would stay here again!

Great stay and our dogs loved the fenced in yards!

We really enjoyed this property! The living room was cozy, we loved the pool table, hot tub and updated appliances, and our dogs loved the big fenced in yards. But it didn’t stop there, the mountain views and being able to watch the sunrise from the balcony was incredible.
