At first glance it doesnt seem anything more than a dingy motel with unsavory long term tenants. However, i have staid in ritzy hotels and was less comfortable than this motel. You have a dining room, a fridge double the size of a hotel, a walk in closet, and large bathroom. Granted no decor matched in the slightest. But the linens and towels were the freshest of clean. They smelled steaight out of the dryer with a lovely scent. So you KNOW they are actually stripped and washed every single time unlike hotels who just recycle them if they can get away with it. I slept like an absolute baby here compared to fancy hotels. I guess you cant judge a book by its cover

It was snowing when we checked in & the room was freezing. We turned the heat up to 80 & left for 2 hours. When we returned it wasn't any warmer. The clerk brought another man to look at it & he turned it up to 90 to get it going. I slept in a sweater over my PJs & added a couple throws we had in the car in order to get warm. The renovations are just on the surface. The bathroom is so small you have to stand over the toilet practically to use the sink. The parking was at the door which was nice. I guess you get what you pay for.

The hotel is convenient to our favorite places (MartAnne's, Satchmo's) for an easy one night gastric stop! Clean, safe, maybe not beautiful, but works on a budget!

Not very clean, water pressure in the bathroom was off. I turned tge hot water on and didn’t have to turn the cold in, water was lukewarm not hot. Bathroom needs more towels, very nosey.

A cozy little stop on a long journey out west. Met all my needs just fine and was afffordable. There wasn't a light in the bathroom, but it was workable.

The guy at the front was very nice. But the hotel was run down, our room felt like the floor was going to cave in. We had people hanging out outside our door all night. We felt extremely unsafe, to a point where I paid for another hotel instead of staying the 2nd night (which I had prepaid for). The train is loud near this property, druggies roaming. Don’t stay here.

I was hoping to find a motel with a view of railroad tracks, so I called the motel in advance. They were very friendly and put me in an ideally located room.

The room was really nice, I was definitely expecting it to be a lot dirtier and outdated but I was delighted to see that it seemed to be recently updated and was very clean. I was really happy with my stay!

No heat 1st nt. outdoor temp in 40s. Heat 2nd nt. and then it turned off around midnt. and room was cold like 1st nt. Had some extended stay rooms w/ questionable people. Would not go there again. Also 3 stairs w/ no handrail in front of door and last step into room was around 9 inches tall. I had trouble...bad knees. Person at desk was hard to understand...from India...and not friendly.

The front desk clerk was super friendly, helpful, and the bed was comfortable, but the overall condition of the room left a lot to be desired. Awkward bathroom with a very high step into the shower, toilet paper holder difficult to reach, and a tiny sink butted right up against the wall - hard to shave or apply makeup for right-handed people. The worst thing was the filth under the dresser - absolutely disgusting! There was a used tampon under there!! Gross! Manager said he would address the problem, but that should never have been allowed to happen in the first place.

Thank you for your feedback. But there were no hidden fees, if you had read all the charges before booking your reservation it clearly states service fee and deposit will be collected at the hotel upon arrival.

I choose this motel based on price. When I arrived even though I paid online, there was an additional surcharge at the desk. I asked the clerk what it was about and the only explanation she provided was is a surcharge they have had since covid and it's not included when you book online in this app. It seemed arbitrary and unnecessary but I was too tired to argue it at that moment. If you are going to charge additional money at least put it back into the property because it is Winter still and the heater was not putting out I had to grab a space heater I had in my vehicle and order to be warm. The bed was lopsided and the outside of the rooms were unkempt.

Check-In denied&No refund issued.
Check-In was not honored but refund was denied due to hotel.com misinformation- I travel to work 1hr&20min. Thinking I would avoid snow for 1night i decided to book 1night- I was not informed of 75$ deposit at anytime during booking. I arrived to check in &was denied due to i did not have 75$ to spare for deposit. I had to drive the 85miles home. Cancellations was denied and they kept my money which would total a 2day drive for me. I should have known better.

Our heater in our room kept shutting off so it got very cold. The staff member had to come fix it twice but when we returned back from being downtown, the heater had shut off and we could not get ahold of a staff member to turn it back home. Would have liked to been offered another room instead of staying in the one we had without heat.

No heater in winter at Flagstaff AZ. IT WAS COLD INSIDE!! Can I get a promo code for my next hotel stay through Expedia for the trouble? The management was on the phone to get the hot water on. It came on finally. It was a 1night stay.

Outside pretty worn and dilapidated. But you can see owners are trying. Room was clean and had a really good and hot shower.
