This home is one side of a duplex, and the patio, hot tub, gym and fire pit are shared.

Bathroom
A single bathroom offers the essentials you need, including a combination bathtub and shower, fresh towels, and bath products. Hair dryer and toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided for added convenience.

Living area
The living room welcomes you with a spacious sectional sofa and a 50 inch HDTV with Netflix. Connect to the WiFi or unwind with board games and relaxed evenings by the coffee table. Soft light and cozy textures make this space a natural gathering spot.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided. Cook simple meals using the available cookware and basics, and enjoy dining at the table for four.

Outdoor living
Head to the shared backyard and patio for fresh air and connection. Soak in the shared hot tub, sit around the fire pit, or relax on the outdoor furniture. Free parking on the premises and free street parking add convenience to your stay, and a private entrance with smart lock makes check-in seamless.

Stay comfortable with central heating, portable air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and portable fans. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. A washer and dryer are included with your stay. This home is not suitable for children due to a heating grate on the floor.

Please use the mini splits for cooling and heat. Do not use the thermostat to control the central heat as the floor heating grate gets very hot and can be dangerous.

**Only one car per unit is permitted due to limited parking space. There is free street parking from April to November. Other times of the year there is overflow parking at the Marriott for a fee**
