Gas range with Griddle (great for pancakes & grilled cheese sandwiches!) Gas fireplace, BBQ, upstairs balcony deck and 2 lower decks. Enclosed fenced backyard.

Remodeled kitchen. microwave, oven, dishwasher, extra large sink. Kitchen is fully stocked and ready to entertain with dishes and silverware.

Dining options include indoor dining room table that seats 6 plus breakfast bar with 5 bar stools.

Relax on the two large back patios with amazing views of the forested property. Short walk to Alpine golf course. Patio is perfect for entertaining with patio dining to seat 6, additional table and chairs with seating for 4 available. New gas BBQ

The bedrooms are large and comfortable with top quality linens and towels. All mattresses, linens and towels are new. 1st floor bedroom has a queen bed, upstairs: the Master bedroom has a king bed, another bedroom has a queen bed, and the 4th bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed and next to it a single bed.

Only a 10 minute drive to downtown Flagstaff. Home is located close to several hiking trails, restaurants, museums, movie theaters, and entertainment venues. Only 20 minutes to Snow bowl skiing and a day trip away from the Grand Canyon, Walnut Canyon, Meteor Crater etc.

Wildlife frequent the property. Deer and Elk can be seen at various times of the year.

This cozy space was great for our family Thanksgiving gathering. There were 10 of us and the place was very spacious and well kept. The amenities were wonderful and every room had a tv which was such a huge perk. They had a nice fireplace which we used to make s’mores. They also had an electric fireplace which did a wonderful job heating up the area.i had the best time in the game room playing pool, and watching tv on a huge amazing and comfortable ottoman sectional couch. The host was wonderful in setting us up before we got there and promptly answered questions we had. I highly recommend this place and will consider booking again in the future.

This is our 4th time staying here and we love it more each time! Brandon is very responsive and quick to respond! The home is comfortable and a great space, inside and out! Wonderful neighborhood and deer sighting almost daily! Can’t wait until next year!

The house was perfect for our family vacation. Nice neighborhood and close to tons of things to do. The house had things for all ages and the outside area was so nice to relax and watch all the deer. The host responded to all questions so quickly and had lots of suggestions of things to do. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Flagstaff.

Great place

We had an awesome time. The house was very big and open. Lots of games and fun things to do. An arcade game, pool, axe throwing etc. fire pit table! It was a beautiful property. I highly recommend. The host was very accommodating! (Just dropping a couple of photos.)

Great Family Layout

We loved the location, the bedroom setup, and the little sunroom. The location was great! We even saw some deer in the backyard! It wasn’t as clean as I would have liked, and there were some things that didn’t work. I would stay again thought for the convenience and location!

Wonderful stay in Flagstaff

We had a wonderful stay at this Flagstaff Vrbo. It was perfect for our family with kids - plenty of space for everyone and kid-friendly amenities. The location is fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and nature spots. The place was clean and well maintained, making us feel right at home. Highly recommend for families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Winter escape

Spacious, beautiful home with comfy spots to cozy up by the fireplace. We loved the woodsy lot and neighborhood filled with pine trees. We saw lots of deer grazing right behind the fence and a huge jackrabbit in the yard. The home was well stocked and the owner promptly answered any questions we had.

The house was adequate for our needs (family of 6 adults and 3 children). The listing said the home was newly remodeled and the photos looked amazing. In a range of low, medium, high this property is a medium and the daily rate is higher than others we have stayed at that were rated "high". The 3 bedrooms with a master suite was a plus, and each bedroom had a bath. It is spacious, and the cabin atmosphere is cozy. Well equipped kitchen, and games for kids.

Do NOT Stay Here!

We arrived at this home all be it in a nice neighborhood but the house was NOT as it was described on the site. Total False Advertising! The Owner brags about the fact that it has NEW Carpet, REMODELED kitchen etc and it had nothing of the kind. The carpets were filthy and the Kitchen atrocious, a panel on one of the kitchen doors fell off! I would advise anyone NOT to stay here. The Owner basically did not cooperate at all, basically just sent cleaners to the back patio exterior but nothing else. So when I complained to the Owner he actually said "Oh are you complaining about the carpets? Well I will be replacing those next week". Far cry from his advertising that said it has new carpet!

Beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. Slightly dated and needs some upgrades. Otherwise, very spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Nice Sunroom to enjoy the forest backyard.

Love the home and location

This is the second time we stayed at this VRBO. We love the layout of the home. However, the icemaker was not working properly. The downstairs bathroom could use a good cleaning and the carpet in all the bedrooms needs some TLC. The kitchen/living areas is fantastic and we loved having the pool table as well as the "reading room." Also, the "Play Nine" game was a hit!! All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Weekend stay for out of town wdding

Came to Flagstaff for my daughter’s wedding. My son and I from Michigan, my mom and sister from Florida, my grandaughter from Philly and niece from NY all convened on this beautiful home. Brandon was responsive as we arrived and the place is as advertised. Loved everything about the weekend and couldn’t recommend the house and community more!
