"Everything with the check in process was seamless and lovely. Ashlynn was professional and communicated clearly the layout of the property. The follow up after check in was also thoughtful and timely. The room was nice and easy to navigate despite a later check-in/arrival. My only concern was that one of the soap dispensers was leaking, and shampoo/body wash accumulated in the bottom of the tub. When I went to shower, it was hard to see, and the floor of the tub was quite slippery. It felt a...

"Originally got a room in the back facing the highway, it was a bit noisy so I asked for a room not facing the highway and was accomodated, only problem was the room facing away from the highway (parking lot side) had tiny little windows high up on the wall. Very poor design. I asked to be switched back to the highway side despite the noise. "

"Hotel ótimo, super confortável, com cafeteira e geladeira no quarto, era limpo e o café da manhã foi muito satisfatório! A máquina de café estava out of order, mas como havia cafeteira no quarto, não foi nenhum problema."

"Hotel velhinho, barulhento! Pedimos um quarto que não ficasse em frente à rodovia, mas os colocaram em um quarto bem em frente da rodovia! Barulhento à noite! Café da manhã com poucas opções e quando acabava alguma coisa, NINGUÉM repunha! Não recomendo! Devem ter opções melhores em Flagstaff! Obs: ficamos só uma noite por causa de uma tempestade (chuva e neve) que estava se formando! "

"O hotel foi bastante conveniente pela localização próximo a universidade. As acomodações são boas e oferecem ate um happy hour de cortesia todos os dias. Todos os funcionários do hotel foram super atenciosos e gentis. O custo é alto, mas dado as ofertas da cidade, vale muito a pena."
